I am probably the worst for allowing the heat of creation to obfuscate the reality of the Worship. I love creating a great time to Honor the Lord and then in the midst of the details I will need to be reminded that we need to pray and reach out to Him. I do stories to keep me connected and as I am connected then I will lead others to follow as Worshippers who are more than listeners but true participants as we fall down before His Grace and Hope. I love words and their power to focus us sharply on the Lord. You are welcome Travis! Mom loved the direct statement and the clear thought. Funny, the Lord loves that too! He made us to be clear and focused on His Heart. I will walk next to you my brother and see Him thru your eyes.

Hebrews 10:25: "Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another–and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

Milton, thank you for this reminder of why we are worshippers. We must continue to remind ourselves and each other of this. I'm looking forward to our worship service tonight - we're going to play 12 songs and lead our people in worship of Him - sometimes I get so caught up in all the details of producing a night like this that I forget the REASON I worship, as was happening to me today, but reading this has jarred me out of that pre-occupation.
