Books on Worship Leadership

Hey, anyone out there read any really good material on Worship Leadership?  I'm looking for more practical/spiritual material to help young worship leaders develope.  I continually find myself in a position to help equip young leaders and help them achieve their vision and goals in the area of the arts and worship.  Since the need and opportunity present themselves to me often, I've been trying to craft a type of program to bring these leaders through.  I'd love to hear and see what kinds of materials you great leaders can come up with.  I'll read any materials you suggest.

Someone wise once told me that "great leaders are great readers."

Re: Books on Worship Leadership

Here's a couple I've liked:

More "Practical:"
The Heart of the Artist - Rory Noland

More "Spiritual:"
The Unquenchable Worshipper - Matt Redman
Whatever Happened to Worship - A.W. Tozer
